I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your faithful service to the church at Rising Brook. You along with Joy, and several other families formed a very important part of my early church life and beginnings of faith and service. I would like to thank you especially for your integrity, dependability, graciousness, humility and of course your sincere and informed welcome and enquiry at the threshold of the church hall. I am sure there were also many, many more hours of accounting and overseeing that most of us did not see. I hope that in some small way I have absorbed and assimilated some of the values and examples you have set over the years and it is wonderful to see the new generations (of course, your own included) of ‘’Risingbrookers’ step up to the plate and continue to build upon the legacies and hard work of previous Elders, Deacons, Ministers etc. So, thank you David
